I was plagued with racing thoughts for years, and I had to lean heavily into the Word to get a grip on my mind.
I have a wide variety of interests, and I dive deep into whatever I’m into at the moment. This trait could be seen as negative, but I’ve chosen to see it as a positive.
I can use my variety of life experiences and knowledge to benefit the Kingdom of God, and other people
I did a bonus episode called YOU-nique about the blessings inherent in being neurodiverse. As much as I hate the tortuous thoughts of OCD, there are some benefits for sure.
